Newlywed Bernice Dando is on her honeymoon in Greece but after just four days she calls a halt to the marriage. Foolishly going through with the wedding when she was aware of the problems in their relationship, Bernice finally admits that her husband has a porn addiction, and continues on with her honeymoon alone while she considers her future. Her hilarious antics are just the reprieve she needs, but is this just a brief holiday, or the start of a whole new Bernice? I fell in love with Bernice from the very first page. Her energy and charisma was undeniable, and I couldn't wait to see what hilarious calamity she would have next. Her lack of self-esteem made her very relatable and I couldn't help but root for her all the way through. There were times when I felt that some of her antics were a little over the top and far-fetched, but overall this was a humorous and cleverly written story with characters that jump off the page and a plot that will keep you engaged until the last page.
