Charlotte loses her dog, Hudson, during a walk in Manhattan at Christmastime and she is devastated! No one fully understands the relationship Charlotte has with Hudson, and since Charlotte keeps to herself for the most part, she has no friends who she can really count on, except the aunt who raised her. But even she is much too busy to help Charlotte look for Hudson, so she instead sends her right hand man, Henry. Together, Charlotte and Henry embark on an adventure to find Hudson, that makes them see Manhattan at Christmas like never before. This story was funny, heartwarming, festive and introspective and all about relationships, past and present, with characters that were both complex and familiar. (KARM)
