In the first in a three-book series, three New York women become friends under very unusual circumstances - they discover on the day of his funeral that Brayden was married to Claire while simultaneously dating Naomi and Audrey.
This story centres on Naomi, who runs a successful jewellery business, and her move to an upper-class neighbourhood. Naomi takes an apartment in the Park Avenue building where she and her live-in housekeeper mother once worked for the Cunninghams. Naomi discovers that Oliver Cunningham, the son who used to torment her, still resides there but even though their paths now constantly cross, he doesn't realise who she is.
A breezy and confident writing style, combined with sassy characters and a grudge-to-love relationship, make this a super enjoyable read. I will definitely be following up with the rest of this series.
