Professor Agatha is just out of a relationship with a free-spirited dancer and is interviewing people about weddings for her latest book. When she speaks with some girls at a University of Arkansas dorm thanks to their resident assistant (RA) Millie, she takes such an interest in their attitudes and the way they speak that she changes tack with her writing assignment.
Meanwhile college student Kennedy is finding it hard to settle in and makes friends, especially after her roommate Tyler orchestrates her moving from a shared bedroom to a single because she has too much stuff.
This book is a character-driven social satire about entitlement and trying to make ends meet, with some pranks and revenge thrown in for interest. Will likely receive a mixed response from readers.
