Megan wakes up in hospital, not recalling how only she escaped when the car she and husband Rick were in veered into a swollen river. At Rick’s funeral, his estranged sister Emily shows up, who Megan has never met before.
Pregnant and fleeing an abusive relationship up north, Emily is invited to stay with Megan until she finds her feet. But it seems Emily isn’t who she says she is.
