Emi Harrison is about to come face to face with her ex-fiance, Jack Cabot, at her brother’s upcoming wedding. She has successfully avoided Jack for the past two years, since she walked in on him and his assistant in a compromising position and called off their wedding. She’s unsure how things will go when they meet but a chance meeting with bar owner Liam Jaxon could make all of that a moot point. Maybe someone like Liam is what’s been missing in Emi’s life for the past two years?
Aimee Brown has written a gem of a book with her debut novel. The characters were interesting and well-developed and the plot was unique, funny, and touching, which made the book hard to put down. I loved that you never really knew how things were going to turn out for Emi until the end. Little Gray Dress is a very engaging story. (LEK)
