Rock Chicks is a tangle of love stories set against the backdrop of pure sex, drugs and rock'n'roll. Set in the late 80s and early 90s it follows the meteoric rise of rock band The Spikes and tells the story of the three powerful women behind the band. The girlfriend, Marni, the groupie, Coco, and the manager, Lori. All three women are running from their past, clinging to the band, yet they seem to be the glue that stop the band from spiralling out of control. It lives up to the hype of being 'raw, shocking and downright sexy'. Just be careful where you read this one, with explicit content all the way through, it might make you blush! (AB)
