Teri Summers owns and operates the Last Chance flowershop and has a special needs son, Aiden. With Christmas approaching, Dr Tom Crawford is the new doc in this small town where residents are wary of newcomers.
This was a very sweet short story of a single mum and her special needs son. The story is interwoven with three different perspectives, Teri, Tom and Aiden, which gives the reader different perspectives on what parenting a child on the spectrum can be like.
I would love to see more happy stories featuring special needs kids. Truly heartwarming. (KARM)
